The brief facts of the case are as under.
2. The Complainant had applied to the CPIO in her letter dated 27 August 2007
seeking to know about the resolution of his complaint following the visit of the
General Manager to Madhubanion 30 June 2006. The CPIO, in his reply dated 27
September 2007 informed her that her application was not in conformity with the
provisions of the Right to Information (RTI) Act and gave no further information. It is
against this that she has complained to the CIC.
3. During the hearing, both the sides were present and made their submissions.
The Respondent had already sent her comments in writing to the CIC with a copy
endorsed to the Complainant. After carefully considering the contents of all these
submissions, both oral and written, it is understood that what the Complainant wanted
was to get a copy of the report submitted by the General Manager concerned after his
visit to Madhubani on 30 June 2006 in connection with the enquiry into her complaint.
Unfortunately, the expression used by the Complainant in her application did not
convey her exact intent clearly. Now that the Complainant has clarified what she
exactly wants, we would like to direct the CPIO to provide her within 10 working days
from the receipt of this order, a copy of the report submitted by the General Manager
concerned after his enquiry into the complaint on 30 June 2006.

4. With the above directions, the complaint is disposed off.
5. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
