RULE.
In para
2.2 of the memo of petition, financial position of the family of the
respondent has been mentioned, which is reproduced hereinbelow:
“After
his death, family pension of Rs.4875/- was granted to his wife in
accordance with the Rules. Besides other terminal benefits,
detailed as under were also paid:
a) Amount
of Gratuity benefit Rs.3,50,000/-
b) Amount
of GPF Rs.8,17,817/-
c) Amount
of Group Insurance Rs. 49,464/-
d) Deposit
Linked Insurance Amount Rs. 60,000/-
e) Encashment
of Earned Leave Rs.1,08,230/-”
In view of
the aforesaid, since the financial condition of the family of the
respondent is good, the petitioner is entitled for interim order.
Until
further orders of the Court, effect and operation of order dated
25.2.2011 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Ahmedabad
Bench, Ahmedabad in Original Application No.67 of 2011 shall remain
stayed.
