1. The appellant was heard on 7/1/2010.

2. The appellant has sought for action taken on a complaint submitted by him
which relate to the services provided by the respondent to the valid ticket
holders. The CPIO has replied, with which the appellant is not satisfied.

Decision:

3. Since there is no denial of information u/s 8(1) of the Act, the appellant is
advised to seek inspection of the relevant records so as to identify and specify
the required information, which should be furnished to him.

4. The CPIO should allow inspection of the records on a date and time
convenient to both the parties within 10 working days from the date of issue of
this decision.
