1.0 Present
Civil Application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 08 days.
Rule was issued by this Court on 12th July 2010 returnable
on 2nd August 2010. It is reported that qua opponent no.
3, the Registered Post Acknowledgment Due letter has returned with an
endorsement that ‘not residing at the address’. The learned advocate
for the applicant prays for time to take necessary action in the
matter. He is also awaiting return of Acknowledgment Receipts qua
