Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing
counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6.

The petitioner has been posted at District Hospital, Mirzapur but it
has been provided that she will withdraw salary from Community
Health Center.

We do not find any illegality in the impugned order as the
petitioner has been posted at District Hospital as a consultant.

Petitioner wants that she should be posted at Community Health
Centre, Lalganj, which is a small Community Health Centre.

We do not find as to why the petitioner wants to join on that place.

In view of above, we do not find any merit in this writ petition.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
