2. 29.4.2011. Heard Mr.Ghanshyam Sharma, learned counsel for

the petitioner, Mr. Shankar Thakur, learned A.C. to S.C.-IV

appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 6 and Mr. Binod Kumar

Labh, learned counsel for respondent no.7/The Accountant General,

Bihar, Patna.

Mr. Thakur, learned counsel for the State has

submitted that a detailed counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of

respondent-State in which it has been categorically stated that all the

grievances of the petitioner has been redressed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed

the submissions made on behalf of the State nor any rejoinder to the

counter affidavit has been filed.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel

for the State, there is no need to further keep the matter pending

before this court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
