Let respondents no. 3 & 4 appear before this Court the
decision, if any, taken in pursuance to the order of the Writ
Court dated 5.12.2009 passed in Writ Petition No.
77159/2005 qua promotion on the post of Lecturer, Sanskrit
in Chaudhary Jawahar Singh Inter College, Sutiyani, Etawah.
It is alleged that despite the judgement of this Court referred
above no order has been passed till date, in the resultant
vacancies in the lower grades for appointment of respondents
no. 7, 8 & 9 has been made. The Joint Director has granted
financial approval to said resultant appointments.
The records regarding the promotion of respondent no. 6 and
consequential appointment of respondents no. 7, 8 & 9 be
also produced.
