learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Taking into consideration that petitioners surrendered

before the trial court on 2.8.2011 whereas their bail bonds had been

cancelled on 16.5.2008, let the petitioners, Sanjay Kumar Yadav

and Shanker Prasad, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge XI, Patna in Special Case

no. 47/2001 arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case no. 146/2001.
