I have perused the order passed by this Court on 03.03.2005 whereby the
proceedings of the lower court were stayed.

This case appears today in the list of the cases in which the lower court
proceedings have been stayed. Naturally such cases are to be disposed of on
priority basis.

List the matter on 12th of July, 2010 before the appropriate Bench.

If the matter is not argued from the side of the revisionist on the next date and
an adjourment is sought, the stay order shall stands vacated automatically.
