ORDER

The
applicant-convict undergoing imprisonment pursuant to the judgment
dated 30.8.2003 and 19.1.2005 passed by Fast Track Court,
Surrendranagar, Gujarat and Additional Sessions Court, Solapur, for
the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC has preferred this
application for grant of furlough, since the competent authority has
rejected such application on the ground that the real brother of the
applicant apprehended danger to their family. Besides, it is open
for the applicant to apply for furlough after a period of six months.

At
this stage, this application is not entertained and is rejected
accordingly.
