                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this court challenging

his deployment from the Public Works Department to the

Department of Local Self Government.

Now, it is submitted by the Government Pleader that

by Ext.R1(a) dated 2.1.2007, his deployment has been

cancelled. This submission is recorded and the writ petition is

closed.
