University are present.

No supplementary show cause has been filed despite

availing time on 6th of October 2010 in light of the claims

indicated in the representation as Item Nos. 2, 3 and 5.

Today, again learned counsel for the University

prays for some more time to file supplementary show cause.

As prayed for, list this case after four weeks. In case,

no supplementary show cause is filed within the aforesaid time, a

cost of Rs. 2000/- would be payable to the petitioner through its

counsel.
