                           J U D G M E N T

The petitioners, who are teaching and non-teaching staff of

Shreevidyadhiraja Homoeopathic Medical College, Nemom,

Thiruvananthapuram, are complaining of non-payment of their

salary and other benefits. By the judgment rendered in WP(C)

No.18437/2009 dated 19/08/2009, this Court has upheld the

appointment of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer. In view of the

said judgment, it is directed that the Drawing and Disbursing Officer

will forward bills to the 2nd respondent herein, who shall

immediately on receipt thereof, countersign and send the same to

the Treasury for making payment to the petitioners.

These writ petitions are disposed of as above.
