                                     JUDGMENT

H.L.Dattu,C.J.

This Writ Appeal is directed against the orders passed by the

learned Single Judge in W.P.(C).No.26960 of 2008 dated 18.09.2008.

(2) The one and only direction that was sought in the writ petition

was, to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the statutory authority to consider

and dispose of the review petition said to have been filed by the petitioner.

(3) The learned Single Judge, noticing that the writ petition and

the Writ Appeal filed by the petitioner for the very same relief have already been

rejected by this Court, has observed that question of directing the respondents to

consider the review petition, said to have been filed by the petitioner, does not

arise for consideration and decision in the writ petition. Accordingly, has rejected

the writ petition. We do not find any infirmity in the orders passed by the learned

Single Judge, which would call for our interference in appeal. Therefore, the Writ

Appeal requires to be rejected and it is rejected.

Ordered accordingly.
