parties.

2. Appellant stated that presently his request for information is limited to one
query as stated in his RTI-application dated 02.05.2008. This query was whether
the circular dated 18.04.1966 was still in force.

3. Respondents are directed to provide the requested information to the
appellant within one week of the receipt of this order.

4. Appeal disposed of with these directions.

5. Copy of this direction be sent to the parties.
