I do not find any reason to quash the proceeding of Case No. 5185 of 2008,
under Section 420, 467, 468 I.P.C. and the impugned order dated 17.11.2009
passed by A.C.J.M., Court No. 5, Allahabad.

This Criminal Misc. Application is, therefore stands dismissed.
