Heard Sri Girish Chandra Sinha, learned counsel for the revisionists and
perused the record.

In the present revision, Girdhari Lal, sole respondent died on 11.11.2007 as
such an application for substitution has been moved which is within time.

Accordingly, substitution application is allowed.

Learned counsel for the revisionists is directed to make necessary amendment
in the memo of revision thereby bring the newly added respondent no. 1/1 to
1/6 on record within a week.

List immediately thereafter.
