Facts
:
1. The applicant Shri A.N.Verma sought information from the CPIO,
Life Insurance Corporation of India, Branch Office, Bahraich vide his RTI
application of 25 September, 2009 in respect of Policy No. 213996801
enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
2. The CPIO vide his order of 24 October, 2009 provided point wise
information which failed to satisfy the applicant who preferred appeal
before First Appellate Authority. The matter was disposed of vide First
Appellate Authority order of 14 December, 2009.
3. Being aggrieved and not being satisfied by the above orders the
applicant preferred appeal before the Commission. The matter was heard
today through videoconferencing. Respondent was present as above.
Appellant did not appear.
Decision
4. Respondent stated that full and complete information had been
provided to the appellant who had since surrendered his policy. In view of
the above no further action is called for and the matter is closed at the
Commissions end.
