This petition seeks quashing of order dated 6.8.2007

passed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal dismissing the

revision petition filed by the petitioner as barred by limitation.

It is not disputed that an identical petition being CWP

No.1624 of 2008 (Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala

v. State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Punjab and others) has

been disposed of by this Court on 4.8.2008.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of in same terms.

for further proceedings on 3.10.2008.
