This application has been filed on the ground that the daughter of the
applicant Dharmveer is to be married on 29.11.2009. The date of marriage has
already passed hence this application has become infructuous by efflux of
time.
This application is accordingly rejected.
Learned counsel for the applicants states that by order dated 8.10.2007 the
office was directed to list this case for hearing. Paper book has already been
prepared by office. The case is listed today for orders. It is to be listed for
hearing in accordance with the aforesaid order as such office is directed to list
this case for hearing after two weeks.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
On this third bail application is filed on the same grounds as earlier
application. It is rejected as no new ground is made out and ground taken in
earlier bail application have been reiterated.
The matter has been fixed for hearing on the request of counsel for the
applicant. Names of Sri K.C. Srivastava. and Mr. V.P. Srivastava, learned
counsel for the applicant shall be printed in the cause list on the next date as
counsel for the respective parties.
