This original petition is filed with the following prayer:

a. To direct the respondents to grant pension to the

petitioners under the Employee’s Pension Scheme, 1995

by the issue of a writ of mandamus or such other writ or

order or direction.

It is for the petitioners to approach the first respondent, in which

case, appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter will

be taken by the first respondent, with notice to the petitioners.

This original petition is disposed of as above.
