Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, but without prejudice to the
merits of the case, petitioner is relegated to make representation to the District
Magistrate, Jaunpur and in case such representation is moved, District
Magistrate, Jaunpur shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and shall
take appropriate steps to protect the interest of the petitioner immediately.

With aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
