A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf

of the State stating therein to the effect that a First

Information Report, vide Barachatti (Mohanpur) Police

Station Case No.24 of 2011 has been registered on 17th of

January, 2011 and, as such, the writ application has

become infructuous.

The writ application is, accordingly,

dismissed as infructuous.
