In spite of time having been granted to District Inspector of
Schools, Jaunpur, to file counter affidavit by the order dated
19.09.2009 no counter affidavit has been filed till date.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of District
Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur, prays for and is granted three weeks
further time to file counter affidavit, failing which the District
Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur, shall appear in person alongwith
relevant records and instructions to assist this Court.

As prayed, let the matter be listed on 12.08.2010.

The interim order, already granted shall remain operative till the
next date of listing.
