Counsel for respondent No.1 has produced the result in a sealed

cover. A perusal of the same reveals that none of the applicants, including

the petitioner, has been found suitable for the post of Deputy Chief

Information Technology Officer and, therefore, the whole process of

selection will have to be started again.

Consequently, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous

and is dismissed as such.

The result in a sealed cover has been returned to counsel for

respondent No.1.
