02 /04.02. 2011. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned
A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in a case instituted under Sections
25(1-b)a, 26 / 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that
earlier his prayer for bail was rejected by this Court, but while rejecting the
prayer for bail, liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for
bail after remaining in custody for nine months and now the petitioner has
compled more than nine months.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case,
the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Ranchi, in connection
with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. No. 1758 of
2010.
