                                JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court aggrieved by the transfer

of the 6th respondent to the post of the petitioner. Petitioner

apprehended that it will adversely affect his service.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submited that as on today

the petitioner has been replaced and the 6th respondent is also

transferred to the post held by the petitioner. In that view of the

matter, the writ petition is closed. If there is any further grievance,

the petitioner can approach the appropriate authority.
