Sri N.D. Shukla, learned counsel for the contesting
respondent no. 7 is present. He submits that the petitioner
and the respondent no. 7 both have obtained equal quality
point marks and in order to get appointment the petitioner
committed forgery by correcting the date of birth 1968 in
place of 1975 in order to pose herself as senior to the
answering respondent.

The writ petition is dismissed in default.
