2 07-09-2010 From the office note in L.P.A. No. 213 of 2002 it

appears that heirs of respondent no.1 have already appeared

through vakalatnama filed by M/s Nachiketa Jha and

Chandra Mohan Jha, Advocates. Although substitution

petition is still pending but in the interest of justice let a copy

of restoration petition be served on one of the counsel

appearing on behalf of heirs of respondent no.1 within one

week, failing which this M.J.C. application shall stand

dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
