Facts

:

1. Both the parties were heard on 31`.07.2008.

2. The appellant has some family disputes with a customer of the respondent.
He has alleged that the respondent has violated the procedure for transfer of
telephone facility to the subscriber who is identified in his application for information.
In this context, he submitted a complaint to the respondent and subsequently asked
for details of action taken by the respondent on his complaint. The CPIO has duly
replied and furnished the information. Yet, the appellant is not satisfied. During the
hearing, the details of information asked for and the reply given by the CPIO were
discussed.

Decision:

3. The CPIO has duly furnished the information asked for on the basis of
available records. As there is no denial of information, this appeal was unnecessary
and is thus disposed of.
