The dispute is with regard to recruitment in U.P. Police service. Similar writ
petitions have been decided vide judgment and order dated 28.5.2010 passed
in writ petition no. 33037 of 2010 and connected writ petitions.

Learned Standing counsel submits that the matter is covered by the aforesaid
decision.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above
judgment and order dated 28.5.2010.
