The Complainant is not present.

During the hearing, the Complainant was not present. The Respondent produced a letter
from the Complainant addressed to the CIC dated 16 March 2009 in which he had informed that
since he had received the information from the Cantonment Board and had also seen the
documents, he was no longer interested in the matter and wanted the complaint to be filed. In
view of this, we dispose off this complaint without any orders.
2. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
