Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The order impugned is dated 10-09-2008 summoning the
petitioners under Sections 147, 352, 504, 506 I.P.C. confirmed the
criminal revision on 12-11-2009.

Issue notice to respondent no.2 returnable at an early date.Counter
affidavit may be filed within three weeks from the date of receipt
of notice. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks
thereafter.

List after expiry of the aforesaid period.

Operation of order dated 12-11-2009 passed by Sessions Judge,
Budaun and order dated 10-9-2008 passed by the IInd Additional
Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Budaun shall
remain stayed till the next date of listing.
