                     JUDGMENT

Pius C. Kuriakose, J

Having regard to the decision taken by this Court in

LAA.1316/09 and LAA.1070/07 series pertaining to

acquisition of other categories of land for the same

purpose pursuant to the same notification, we do not find

any justification for interfering with the impugned

judgment under which the Reference Court has enhanced

the value awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer by only

67%. The appeal will stand dismissed in limine.
