                                 JUDGMENT

The petitioner was appointed as a Lecturer in Economics in

the 5th respondent’s College with effect from 21.2.2006, which

has been approved by the University also. The complaint of the

petitioner in this writ petition is that salary due to him has not

been disbursed yet by the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Government pleader submits that salary

bill of the petitioner for the month of August, 2007 has been

countersigned and salary bill for other periods has only been just

received.

In the above circumstances, I dispose of this writ petition

with a direction to the 3rd respondent to see that the petitioner’s

salary is paid with arrears within a period of one month from the

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
