This   second­appeal   came   up   for   hearing   on   28.04.2010   partly 
through   videoconferencing   (VC).     Appellant,   who   was   notified   to   be 
present   at   NIC   VC   facility   at   Visakhapatnam,   was   absent,   while  
the   respondents   ―   represented   by   Shri   Nirmal   Singh,   CPIO,  
Shri   D.Choudhury,   Under   Secretary,   Shri   O.P.   Bagri,   Under   Secretary 
and   Shri   Jagdish   Kumar,   Section   Officer   ―   were   present   at 
Commission’s office at New Delhi.   Commission conducted the hearing 
from its New Delhi office.

2. Respondents   represented   by   CPIO   stated   that   the   appellant’s 
request  for  disclosure  of  his  ACRs  for  the  period  2000­01 to 2008­09, 
made through his RTI­application dated 16.09.2009, has since been met 
through the CPIO’s communication dated 08.02.2010.

3. In   view   of   the   fact   that   the   requested   information   has   been 
disclosed, there is no cause of action in the second­appeal.  Closed.
