                              JUDGMENT

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of

directing that Ext.P5 shall be taken up by the appropriate

authority, having regard to Ext.P1 and final decision be rendered

after hearing all necessary parties, in accordance with law. This

shall be done by treating Ext.P5 as a review petition. Final

decision shall be taken as aforesaid as expeditiously as possible.
