By his letter of 21.7.08, the complainant had sought certain information
from the CPIO. As he was not provided the information, he had filed the present
complaint.
2. The matter was heard on 7.7.2009. The complainant is not present. The
public authority is represented by the officers named above. Shri Kalaimaran
produces original letter dt.3.7.09 signed by the complainant in which the latter
had stated that he has received the information and does not wish to pursue the
matter
DECISION
3. In view of the above, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
