3 and 4, ie. Ravi Verma and Om Prakash Verma. On behalf of rest of
appellants,i.e. appellant no. 1 Surender Verma and appellant no. 2
Ravindra Pratap Verma alias Ravi Verma, power has been filed by Sri
Salil Mohan, Advocate. The appeal was filed on behalf of four
appellants by Sri Salil Mohan Advocate. Sri Salil Mohan is not present.
Sri Vikas Sharma, Advocate cannot be permitted to argue the matter
with respect to prayer of bail in part.

The appeal is accordingly adjourned and shall be listed again.
