                         JUDGMENT

The allegation in this writ petition is that pursuant to the

complaint made by the Petitioner against the 4th respondent,

although by Ext.P1, the Ist respondent was appointed as the

Enquiry Officer, he has not completed the enquiry or

submitted report.

2. Learned Government Pleader now on instructions

submit that after completion of the enquiry the first

respondent has submitted his report on 23.5.2005. I record

the submission and close the writ Petition.
