2. 14.03.2011 The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2010 in

connection with Complaint Case No. 98/C-39(Ex)10 instituted

under Section 47A of the Bihar Excise Act for alleged recovery

of large quantity of country made liquor and Indian made

foreign made liquor from his house. Petitioner defined that the

said liquor is licensee. Sanjay Kumar who has also sworn an

affidavit to that effect.

Be that as it may, let the above named petitioner be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10.000/- ( Rupees

Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in Complaint

Case No. 98/C-3(Ex)10.
