2. 27.06.2011. Learned counsel for the State is granted six weeks’ time to

seek instruction from the District Magistrate, Munger as to what is the

impediment in taking a final decision with regard to appointment on

Class-IV posts from the panel which has already been prepared and on

which objection had been sought as far back as in December, 2001.

Matter will come up after six weeks.
