same list maintaining its position so as to

enable the counsel for the Bank to file

counter affidavit explaining as to why

petitioner was not paid subsistence

allowance before his dismissal from service

on 1.3.2000. It is, however, made clear that

hereafter no further adjournment shall be

allowed.
