                             J U D G M E N T

KOSHY,J.

Petitioner along with his wife was conducting a business in

finance. Even though lot of deposits were received from the

public, petitioner filed an insolvency petition as I.P.No.1/2006 and

the matter is pending before Sub Court, Pathanamthitta. It is the

case of the petitioner that the petitioners are being threatened

and on instructions, Govt.Pleader submitted that depositors felt

that they are cheated. In these circumstances, we only direct the

police to see that lives of petitioner and family members are not

endangered. This will not prevent the depositors from making

any efforts to realise the amount due to them according to law.

With the above observations this writ petition is disposed of.
