Vishal Mehta, learned advocate for Shri A.J.Shastri, appearing on
behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present
Special Civil Application as the petitioner proposes to make a
representation to consider her case for the village of which she can
be said to be a local candidate. Without expressing any opinion on
merits as well as without expressing any opinion with respect to the
entertainability and maintainability for such a representation,
petitioner is permitted to withdrawn the present Special Civil
application. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
