The present 482 petition has been filed for giving effect to the order passed by
the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Allahabad dated 11.12.2008 in case
no. 2322 of 2003.

The prayer made in the petition is misconceived and is accordingly rejected.

The application is accordingly dismissed.
