supplementary affidavit in the Registry on 21.7.2010, which is not on the file.
The office to place it on record by the next date of listing. A copy of the
recall application as well as supplementary affidavit may be served upon Sri
S.N. Tripathi, learned Standing counsel today during the course of the day.

The Standing counsel prays for and is granted 3 weeks’ time to file objection
in the restoration application as well as counter to the supplementary affidavit.
