ORDER

The
Civil Application is taken out for fixing early date of hearing of
S.C.A. No. 7022 of 2008. The matter had gone upto Supreme Court in
respect of non granting of interim orders, wherein the Apex Court has
observed that the main matter be disposed of expeditiously. In
peculiar facts of this case, the main matter is required to be fixed
for final disposal in the week commencing from 21.11.2011.
The Civil Application is disposed of.
