appellants stating that appellant no.6(i) namely Ghafoor

Mian died leaving behind his legal representatives who

are already on record as appellant no.6(ii) to 6(vi).

Therefore, the name of the appellant no.6(i) is deleted

from the cause title of memo of appeal.
