Report No. 196 of 2009 of the Official Liquidator accepting/rejecting the
claim of the creditors was approved by this Court vide order dated
13.8.2009.In continuation to the said report an additional report No. 74 of
2010 has been filed in respect of the certain other claimants and the Official
Liquidator as per the charts enclosed to this report have partly accepted the
claims of the 14 persons and the claim of one of them have been rejected. The
aforesaid additional report is approved and the Official Liquidator is
permitted to proceed in the matter by issuing necessary orders to the claimants
to enable them to file objections, if necessary.
